Neighbourhood Officer

To provide a proactive customer focused approach to Neighbourhood Management through the use of tools such as the Neighbourhood Quality Standard, and close working with the Tenant Participation Officer.

To carry out regular Neighbourhood walk abouts to ensure that the area is maintained to a specified standard, ensuring that residents and tenants attend.

To advise customers on their rights as laid down in the Tenancy Agreement and to provide support to vulnerable tenants where identified.
