Our history
Staff was founded in 1992 by Trish Travis and Julie Hughes. Trish and Julie are still very much hands-on Directors of the business and, between them, bring over 50 years’ worth of recruitment experience to the table.
Since then, we’ve built our reputation by creating productive partnerships with a wide range of organizations, reaching out from our origins in Rochdale and Oldham to work with industry and public service across the North West.
We’re a Corporate Member of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation), so we’re committed to building strong partnerships and creating solutions that are based on the needs of our clients – which means you.
And we’ve recently been appointed as official suppliers to Buying Solutions, allowing us to provide cost-effective, highly proficient temporary and fixed-term public sector recruitment solutions across the North West.
